What the forms collect
Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), what you're interested in, and your message.
Freezer beef share request: your name, email, phone, mailing address, the share size you want, your cut preferences, your pickup window, how you heard about us (optional), and that you understand the deposit.
Why we ask
We use what you send only to answer your questions and, for a share request, to invoice you and arrange pickup.
How it reaches us
When you press send, the website passes your details to Resend, an email delivery service, which emails them to our Gmail inbox (Google). The website itself does not save what you type.
To stop spam, the forms count how many times each internet (IP) address sends them. That count deletes itself 10 minutes after the last send.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles every visit to deliver the pages, so it sees your IP address like any web host. We also use Cloudflare Web Analyticsto count visits: which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, and your browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies.
The map
The maps on our home and Visit pages are provided by Google Maps. They load from Google when you scroll near them, so Google receives your IP address and browser details and handles them under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details or use them for marketing, and we don't share them with anyone except the email services that deliver them to us. This site doesn't use advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox until you ask us to delete it. Resend and Google handle their copies under their own privacy policies.
Asking us to delete it
Call or text 317-730-7016, or email [email protected], and ask us to delete your messages.
